• Premier Girls Fastpitch offers a unique program of coverage for tournament directors of PGF Sanctioned Events (Tournament, Clinics, Camps). Coverage includes:

  • General Liability Insurance with per occurrence limit of $2,000,000 and general aggregate limit of $5,000,000. Underwritten by A+ rated (Superior) carriers and backed by the national scope and experience of K & K Insurance Group.
  • Excess Participant Medical Coverage with limits of $25,000 with a $2,500 deductible underwritten by Nationwide Life Insurance Company. This provides excess medical coverage for injuries arising out of participation in the sanctioned event and the policy pays for a full three years following the injury/accident.
  • Additional Insured status for facility and field owners included in the policy - no extra charge.
  • Easy application for coverage. Download form from website and send in with your payment based on estimated number of teams. Following the event, send us the number of actual teams/participants and an adjustment of the premium.
  • No charge made for tournament that require all teams to have PGF Team Insurance.
  • It is required that each participant sign a Waiver Release Form - see below form. It is recommended that the Tournament Director keep these waiver forms for at least five years past the youngest participants turning age 18.
  • Please send in the application and payment 30 days prior to the event.
