INSURANCE FOR UMPIRES

 Premier Girls Fastpitch Insurance for Umpires includes:

• General Liability insurance with per occurrence limit of $2,000,000 and aggregate limits of $5,000,000.
• Excess Participant Medical Coverage with limits of $100,000 with a $2,500 deductible underwritten by AXIS Insurance Company. This provides medical coverage for injuries arising out of a sanctioned PGF event.  The coverage pays for a full two years following the injury/accident.  Treatment must happen within 60 days of the injury/accident.
• Coverage applies only to PGF sanctioned events.
