Hotel Information – Stay-to-Play Policy

Your team MUST meet the stat-to-play requirements for this event OR pay a buyout fee of $500

To meet the stay-to-play requirements of this event, each team must book a minimum of 8 rooms for 2 nights stay. This site will show you all the Room/Hotel Amenities of each location, distance from fields, rates, reservation & cancellation policies, as well as availability. If there is a property your team would like to stay at, that is showing as SOLD OUT on our online inventory, please call HBC directly or send them an email – they may be able to extend the block for your team!

If your team is unable to find the right fit, you do have the option to buy-out of the stay-to-play requirement. Buy-out fee is $500. If your teams buy-out fee is not received by the deadline, your team will forfeit their spot in the tournament.
